General Terms and Conditions for our Facebook/Instagram Competitions
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Sieger GbR, Grund 3, 42653 Solingen, mail@projekt-vielseitig.de.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to all followers of our Splitterkristall profile on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok aged 18 or older. Younger participants may enter with the consent of their legal guardians. Participants must have a permanent residence in Germany. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation.
Each participant may only enter the competition once during the period specified in the competition description. Participation is via a comment under the post dated december 08, 2024, on the Instagram page http://instagram.com/splitterkristall_en/ by December 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Multiple comments will not be considered.
3. Ethical Guidelines
For competitions held via social networks (e.g., Facebook), participants are required to adhere to appropriate behavior. User-generated content within the scope of the competition must not be unlawful, particularly not containing insults, false statements of fact, or infringements of intellectual property rights. The organizer is not responsible for any legal violations committed by participants.
Process/Object of the Competition
Participants must like and follow the Splitterkristall Facebook or Instagram page and comment on the competition post as described in Section 2.
Sharing the page, liking additional content, and tagging friends are entirely voluntary.
Comments must not contain insults, false statements, or infringements of competition, trademark, or copyright laws. Participants are solely responsible for any legal violations. Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, German law, copyright, or other rules mentioned above will be removed without notice. Participants violating these rules will be excluded from the competition.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be determined by a random draw among all participants.
The prizes consist of:
10x 1 eBook Splitterkristall – The Shadow Chronicles Volume 1.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via private message on the respective platform. They must respond within 7 working days via email to mail@projekt-vielseitig.de or by private message to the organizer’s Facebook/Instagram fan page, providing their personal contact details. The prize will then be sent via email. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 working days, their claim to the prize will expire, and the prize may be awarded to another participant. Prizes that are not claimed within the specified time may be awarded to other participants or otherwise used.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and to terminate or suspend the competition without prior notice for a valid reason. The organizer may exclude participants without prior notice for a valid reason.
7. Data Protection
The Facebook names of all participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of conducting the competition and determining the winners. The stored data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the competition ends. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants have statutory rights to information, changes, and revocation.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for technical disruptions, delays, or failures that may affect participation or the availability of the competition.
9. Miscellaneous
This competition is in no way connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Legal recourse is excluded.
